This Christmas collage artwork print card is a print of an original A5 collage artwork I created especially for the festive season
Each of my artworks are lovingly created from a patchwork of coloured and patterned papers carefully created and printed in my home studio in Richmond North Yorkshire
Additionally I use a wide range of craft punches to add shapes to the image as well as a cornucopia of materials I have gathered together over time
My Christmas designs are inspired by the words of my original poems which have been written especially to reflect the sounds and sights as well as the feelings associated with this special time of year – with a nod to the season of Winter in which Christmas is a central feature .
The words of my poems are cleverly woven into the design making a completely unique item and with this card the poem is also printed on the back
Our pets are always included in the Christmas celebrations and this collage card expresses the joy of a dog greeting the Christmas guests ! I combined a black and white collage with red snowflakes and decorations to make this Christmas themed homage to our favourite pet- a card perfect for any dog lover !

Than two
In my rush to meet the Christmas guests
A nose is better used
For smelling out the wrapped presents
A tail is a better sign
To tell you how happy I am
To receive tit bits of a turkey dinner
My fur is better as a comfort blanket
As the family snuggles together
My love is a match
Of all the innocence and trust
Of the childrens joy
My life is better
As I live it with you
And share Christmas together
